Reminder: the WGSL is putting on the  All-Missouri Spin-In  this year, Saturday, April 28, 2018, 10 to 4. Vendors, lunch available for purchase, workshops, and space to sit & visit while spinning fiber on your wheel. Webster Hills Christian Life Center, 1333 W. Lockwood, St. Louis, MO  63122 .   Reposting this separately so it stands out!!  Photo is of a shawl knit from handspun yarn purchased from a WGSL member (have posted this pic before). 

Several more items spread out for blocking. The blue beret and cowl are made from mill-spun yarn and are worked in crochet. The dark red shawl is knitted from handspun yarn purchased at the Weavers Guild of St. Louis annual sale (in October each year). The dark red yarn has more black spun into it than appears in the pic.
