A Note on Care of Norah's Knits Items

A note on care of items.

These are unique, hand-made items, and deserve the care you would give any treasured possession. Items may be very gently hand-washed in cool water, no agitation or rubbing, then gently rolled in a towel to absorb moisture, and re-blocked to shape, taking care to allow the item to dry thoroughly.

These handmade items are not machine washable, and should not be agitated or machine washed or dried.

Store clean shawls and scarves folded flat in a drawer, not hung - hanging items will stretch them out of shape.

Norah's Knits Bags are designed for moderate use and should not be over-stuffed with heavy items. If washed (by hand, of course), bag linings may need careful pressing to return to original appearance.
